On September 13–14, 2025, the official opening of the "Organika" restaurant took place in Lviv – a venue offering modern live cuisine. Although the restaurant opened its doors on July 22, the team decided to host a special celebration to present its concept and menu to a broader audience.
On September 13, the Restaurant Gathered Nutritionists, Vegans, Stylists, Designers, Medical Professionals, and Prominent Public Figures The evening program included a presentation of Organika’s philosophy and a festive dinner featuring signature dishes.
Guests enjoyed hummus with tahini-curry sauce, cauliflower on a bed of beetroot hummus, the signature tofu "Dynamite" appetizer, a plate of cultivated plant-based cheeses, a chef’s salad with greens, berries, and avocado, as well as Morel mushrooms.
For the main course, they offered baked eggplant or a steak made from Eringi mushrooms. Desserts included a healthy "Napoleon" cake or "Honey Cake" – served as a choice. A special highlight was the signature shots: some served as an aperitif to stimulate the appetite, and others as a digestif. They also served signature smoothies.
Guests praised the quality of the food, the aesthetic presentation, and the high level of service. Among the invitees, there was an intellectual quiz on the benefits of plant-based food, with the winner receiving a certificate for dinner at Organika. The evening was hosted by TV presenter and actress Olga Hrynevych, and the musical highlight was a performance by singer TAYANNA, who has followed a plant-based diet for over ten years.
On September 14, the restaurant hosted a men’s night – Man Edition. Organika welcomed guests from the worlds of politics, business, and sports. The evening’s atmosphere was curated by host and DJ Ruslan Drozdov, who played a vinyl set featuring jazz tunes and global hits.
That night, guests enjoyed signature dishes such as fuzhu appetizers, tempeh skewers, and the signature tofu “Dynamite.” The plant-based burgers, which combine both taste and health benefits—unlike their meat counterparts—received particular attention.
Many attendees shared that they planned to return with their families. Desserts remained the same as the first evening, offered as a choice.
Organika’s cuisine received only positive feedback. Even those who don’t typically follow a vegetarian or vegan diet enjoyed the dishes. Many guests noted that after the evening, they were inspired to incorporate more plant-based meals from Organika into their daily routines.
Both evenings took place in a cozy, intimate atmosphere and marked a significant beginning for the Organika restaurant. The team is already preparing a program of upcoming events, so guests can look forward to new gatherings, evenings, and collaborations very soon.
