Black Burger
We prepare a burger from a potato brioche bun with organic coconut charcoal, which we grill and spread with raisin sauce. We add a vegan Beyond Meat patty, plant-based cheddar cheese, tomatoes, pickled onions, pickled cucumber, and romaine lettuce. Serve with a side dish of your choice: whole baked potato with vegan pesto and pickled onions, French fries, sweet potato fries, or baked sweet potato.
