We prepare it with a mix of salad leaves, avocado, cucumber slices, blackberries, blueberries, and add mint and cashew nuts. (It is dressed with olive oil combined with lemon juice and zest). A summer, refreshing, and balanced salad. The salad is rich in healthy fats, antioxidants, and fiber.
