This wine is produced organically and biodynamically in the Alt Penedes vineyards at an altitude of about 500-700 m above sea level.
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
It undergoes six hours of maceration with the skins using the dry ice method.
The aroma has notes of white flowers, peach, and honeysuckle. The taste is fruity and balanced.
