A true discovery!

I wasn’t much of a tofu fan before, but this dish blew me away! It’s incredibly delicious. The tofu has a perfect crispy crust and a tender center. Paired with fresh salad leaves and a creamy cashew sauce, it creates the perfect balance of textures and flavors.
